Originally from sunny California, Dr. Sahij S. Grewal, OD brings a deep-rooted passion for whole-person eye care and a holistic approach to vision wellness. With years of clinical experience and a strong foundation in optometric science, Dr. Grewal is dedicated to enhancing patients’ lives through advanced diagnostics, personalized treatment plans, and a commitment to mind-body-soul balance.

At Elysian Medspa & Rejuvenation Center, Dr. Grewal specializes in dry eye therapy and the optimization of long-term eye health. He is especially passionate about delivering Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy through INMODE’s Envision device, offering patients non-invasive relief from chronic dry eye by targeting inflammation, meibomian gland dysfunction, and skin-related eye conditions.

As a Certified Medical Assistant and Aesthetic & Clinical Sales Specialist, Krystal possesses in-depth knowledge of medical devices, injectables, and skincare platforms, making her an invaluable resource in the healthcare industry.

Tabitha Phillips, RN

Master aesthetic nurse injector

Tabitha is a registered nurse with over 16 years of clinical experience, 15 of which were dedicated to Ascension St. Vincent, where she cultivated her expertise in critical care. As a seasoned member of the Critical Care Resource Team, she provided advanced support across multiple high-acuity environments, including the Medical, Trauma-Neuro, Cardiovascular, and Burn Intensive Care Units, as well as the Emergency Department and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. She also served as a lead SWAT nurse on night shifts, where her ability to remain composed and decisive under pressure made her a vital asset to both patients and care teams.

With a passion for the healing arts and the science of beauty, Tabitha pursued medical aesthetics as a natural extension of her nursing career. After completing certification in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, she apprenticed under a master injector, gaining hands-on experience that seamlessly blended clinical precision with artistic sensibility. Her transition into aesthetic medicine has been marked by the same dedication to excellence that defined her critical care work.

Her journey commenced at Saddleback Academy in Laguna, California, where she received comprehensive training in esthetics. During her seven-year tenure in California's vibrant skincare industry, Justine honed her expertise before returning to her roots in Indiana.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Justine has held the esteemed title of Mrs. Indiana and served as a personal stylist for Fox, experiences that have enriched her understanding of beauty and self-expression. Her commitment to empowering women is further exemplified through her advocacy for the W.I.N. (Women In Need) Foundation, where she champions the importance of self-care and confidence.
